Oleg worked in the Department of Digital Transformation and Innovative Development of NACP, building the latest IT systems to prevent corruption in Ukraine.
Oleg Finogenov, a Ukrainian defender from Kyiv, was killed under artillery fire near Bakhmut. He is a member of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) team. NAPC announced the death of its employee on Saturday, August 27.
Oleg had significant military experience. Since 2015, he has been defending Ukraine in the ranks of the famous 93rd Kholodny Yar Brigade.
“On February 24, he immediately went to the front of his fellow Kholodyarovites without hesitation,” said Finogenov’s employees.
The NAPC team promises to support Oleg’s family and continue to do everything to remain a reliable rear for our army and bring victory closer.
Finogenov led an active social life. He was among the defenders of old Kyiv, in particular, Protasov Yar.
Earlier, the Ukrainian choreographer Dmitry Dikusar, who went to defend his homeland from the Russian invaders, announced the death of his colleague.
