How many American HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems are left with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense indicated on August 26.

Earlier, representatives of the US command were surprised at how effectively the defenders of Ukraine used the transferred HIMARS MLRS in the south, destroying bridges and burning dozens of warehouses with ammunition and equipment. Kyiv recently received four more HIMARS from Washington. Thus, the Armed Forces already have 16 HIMARS installations in the recently received German MARS II MLRS and M270 installations. The Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov stated that about 100 HIMARS systems should be received for the counteroffensive.
