Israel attacks pro-Iranian militias in Syria amid US escalation

Israel today launched a missile attack on positions pro-Iranian militias stationed in the province of Hama, in the west Syriaamid escalating tensions between these armed groups and US forces in the Arab country, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
