“These companies are engaged in retail trade in non-food products throughout Ukraine. By the decision of the Kievsky District Court of Kharkiv, the corporate rights of the companies were taken away.
According to the intelligence service, the authorized capital of the four indicated companies was formed at the expense of the “laundered” income of the “main” Kharkiv company, whose assets were arrested in June 2022.
Currently, the transfer of assets to the management of ARMA is underway.
