Since June, the level of average salaries of Ukrainians in most areas has stabilized, and in the fall, an increase in salaries for key employees or a gradual return of salaries of all employees at pre-war levels is predicted.

According to the portal, the biggest decrease in salaries among Ukrainians occurred in April and May. Then the drop in the average salary level is from 9 to 58%, depending on the professional field.
Since June, the stabilization of salaries, offered to open vacancies, has started. According to the portal, in August there were slight fluctuations in average wages, but their level was almost fixed.
High salaries are offered in the IT sector, managers and consulting. For example, for IT specialists in August, the average salary increased by 22% and reached UAH 92,800 in August compared to July.

In August, on average, managers were offered half as much as last month – UAH 81,300. The salary for new consulting employees also increased at the end of the summer: from UAH 32,300 in July to UAH 58,300 in August.
The top ten professions with high salaries in August also included accountants and finance specialists. On average, their salary is UAH 27,300. In comparison, in April the salary of accountants averaged UAH 17,500 and gradually increased every month.
In August, more than UAH 20,000 was offered on average to media specialists and teachers on the labor market.
In August, the average salary in open vacancies for HR managers decreased to UAH 20,000 from UAH 22,800 in July.
A decrease in average wages was also observed for administrative staff, in sales, in the automotive business, and in tourism.
The lowest salary is offered for students, professionals with no work experience and domestic staff. In August, in these areas, the average salary was from UAH 8,800 to UAH 9,000.
