Three cops in the southern United States have been suspended and are under investigation following disclosure video which shows how they severely beat a man during arrest able Arkansas.

According to Crawford County Sheriff Jimmy Damante, he initially cooperated with the officers before attempting to attack them. He didn’t say if he was armed or not.
