If the Russians refuse to get out of the temporarily occupied Crimea, then “Ukraine will send them there,” Alexei Danilov said.
Russian President Vladimir Putin can save the Crimean bridge from destruction, but only if all the invaders are removed from the peninsula with it. Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said this in an interview for Wyborcza, published on Tuesday, August 23.
“Of course, I already spoke about this in March. This is a military facility (Krymsky Bridge – ed.), where reinforcements for the aggressor forces are transferred. Therefore, this facility is subject to destruction. There is nothing unusual on it. But Putin has a chance to save this facility if he withdraws troops from Crimea along this bridge,” Danilov insisted.
According to him, if the Russians refuse to get out of the temporarily occupied Crimea, then “Ukraine will send them there.”
Recall that the Russians began to carefully guard the Crimean bridge, deploying a large number of air defense systems to protect the facility.
In its turn Correspondent.net thought how the Armed Forces of Ukraine could reach the Crimean bridge.
