According to the propaganda publication TASS, the “Council of Ministers” is headed by a Russian citizen – the former mayor of Krasnodar Andrei Alekseenko. The “decree” on the formation of a pseudo-council was issued by the gauleiter of the occupied part of the Kharkov region, Vitaly Ganchev.
“Alekseenko Andrey Anatolyevich was appointed as the first deputy chairman of the military-civilian administration of the Kharkiv region – chairman of the council of ministers of the Kharkiv region,” said the “document”.
As you know, Alekseenko previously served as the mayor of Krasnodar. A month after his appointment, a criminal case was initiated against him on a large-scale bribe received in 2018 in the form of a gun worth 1.6 million rubles.
