The court ordered a resident of the city of Rivne to wash his neighbor’s door with his own hands, which he spat on during a fight. This was reported by ZAXID.NET.
In the fall of 2020, a woman who had a longstanding feud with a neighbor who lived on the floor below spat on her front door. For petty hooliganism, the court fined him 51 hryvnias.
However, the woman definitely refused to clean, so the neighbor filed a lawsuit with a request to wash the door and pay her moral compensation. The court partially met these requirements.
In total, the woman must pay the opponent more than 3,000 hryvnias and wash her front door with her own hands.
As stated in the decision of the court of the city of Rivne, hostile relations between neighbors have been formed for a long time. According to the man, the neighbor often fights and violates public order. Therefore, at some point he installed CCTV cameras to “ensure his own safety and the safety of the properties.”
