The proceeds will be directed to the salaries of teachers of general secondary education institutions.
It will be remembered that the loan agreement between Ukraine and Italy was signed on August 5.
It was also reported that by the end of the year Ukraine expects to receive up to $16 billion in external financing from Western partners.
