Several media outlets and members of Congress have asked the judge Florida publish these affidavits that allowed the mansion to Sea-lakewhich caused a political storm in an already divided country.
But Ministry of Justice objected because he believes “there are good reasons, including protecting the integrity of the ongoing national security police investigation, that support the sealing of the affidavit.”
On Friday, at the request of the prosecutor’s office, the judge published a search warrant and a list of seized documents.
But now the request is for a document that contains “detailed and important investigative facts” as well as “strictly confidential information about witnesses.”

According to documents released on Friday, justice suspects that the former Republican president violated the US espionage law, which is very strict about the possession of confidential documents.
The list of seized items mentions many documents marked “top secret”, “secret” and “confidential”.
What about Donald Trump?
Donald Trump, who is considering running again for president in 2024, has assured that the documents have been declassified.
Trump said on Monday that FBI agents seized his passports during the operation.
“Wow! In the raid FBI in Sea-lake they stole three passports (one expired) along with everything else,” Trump said in a post on his Truth Social platform.
“This is an attack on a political opponent at a level that has never happened before in our country. Third World!”
