On August 15, the Verkhovna Rada adopted a law eliminating bureaucratization in the process of state registration, deregistration of vehicles for additional staffing belonging to enterprises and institutions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was announced on Monday, August 15, by Yaroslav Zheleznyak, People’s Deputy from Golos.
The corresponding bill No. 5337 on amendments to the law “On mobilization preparation and mobilization” was supported by 291 people’s deputies.
As noted in the explanatory note, the bill was developed to optimize the relationship between enterprises, institutions and organizations with military commissariats and bodies that carry out state registration of vehicles.
The adopted changes eliminate the inconvenience and bureaucratization in the process of state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles that may be intended for additional staffing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in the period belonging to enterprises, institutions and organizations.
They are introducing mechanisms for direct access by military commissariats to up-to-date information about vehicles that can be intended for understaffing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations in the period.
