The government proposed to remove the preferential tax on fuel
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmihal has submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a draft law on the abolition of preferential taxation on fuel. According to people’s representative Yaroslav Zheleznyak, the document provides for the return of excise duty for all types of fuel without exception and the return of VAT on fuel up to 20% (now VAT is 7%).
