“We note that the enemy is suffering huge losses, especially in manpower – a fifth of the units of the Russian Armed Forces involved in the battles in Ukraine have been lost,” Zaluzhny wrote.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine thanked Millie and the American people for their effective support in protecting the Ukrainian people and common values - freedom and democracy.
