The head of Kirovohrad OVA, Andrei Raikovich, published official information about the cause of the explosions near Kropyvnytskyi. According to him, residents should not panic – explosives are being destroyed at a training ground not far from the center of the region. The head of the Kirovohrad region noted that specialists will carry out work there in about a week.
“Therefore, I ask you all to remain calm. Do not panic. But ignore the sirens!” Rajkovic insisted.
As for the explosion in the Vinnitsa region, it was also a planned explosion in a quarry, which coincided with an alarm.
“The work was carried out at the Pisarevsky quarry, they were simultaneously air raided,” explained Vasily Polishchuk, chairman of the Kalinovskaya community, to Suspilny.
