The death toll from a missile attack by Russian troops on a train station in the city of Kramatorsk has risen to 57 people. This was announced by the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavel Kirilenko on the air of the telethon on Sunday, April 10.
“The investigation team, which completed the work at the shelling area in Kramatorsk, found that 57 people were killed and 109 were injured as a result of the missile attack,” he said.
The OVA chief added that people with minor injuries were released at home, the seriously injured were taken to safe places, where they received the necessary assistance.
Recall that on April 8, the Russian occupiers launched a Tochka-U missile at the Kramatorsk railway station, where about four thousand people were waiting for evacuation.
Earlier, 52 people were reported killed in the strike, including five children.
After the tragedy, the station was closed. Residents are urged to evacuate by bus to the Dnieper.
