Ten thousand Ukrainians from temporarily occupied settlements and zones of active conflict will receive additional payments thanks to the cooperation of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine and the non-governmental organization ACTED. This was reported by the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
“The Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine has concluded a memorandum of understanding with the Separate Subdivision of the foreign non-governmental organization ACTED to provide financial assistance to Ukrainians living in temporarily occupied territories or settlements located in the zone of active combat, and who applied for it through the eDopomoga platform “, – said the press service of the ministry.
It was noted that in addition to state programs, 10,000 people from the most vulnerable groups from the temporarily occupied territories and zones of active conflict will be supported. The allowance is UAH 2,220 per person per month in one payment for three months.
At the initial stage, the program promises to cover residents of Kharkov, Donetsk, Kherson, Dnepropetrovsk and Nikolaev regions.
Recall that the President of Ukraine signed a law on simplifying the provision of social services in crisis situations.
