Russian troops have been shelling all regions of Ukraine for the sixth month in a row.
Civilian objects are 60 times more likely than military objects to become the target of the occupiers. This was announced today, August 7, on the Telegram channel of the global initiative to support Ukraine, United24, launched by the Ukrainian authorities.
To date, more than 50% of the housing stock in Mariupol, Kharkov, Chernigov, Bucha, Severodonetsk and Lisichanskaya has been damaged or destroyed. The number of Ukrainians left homeless exceeds 3.5 million people.
It is noted that throughout Ukraine, as a result of Russian attacks, the following were also damaged:
- more than 830 healthcare institutions;
- 2 thousand 129 educational institutions;
- more than 530 objects of culture and art.
Recall that the Ministry of Internal Affairs recently told how much the spotters of Russian shelling are cheating on Ukraine.
