There is no electricity supply in one part of the city: repair crews cannot go to the damage site because of the constant shelling.
According to the official, during the shelling, a garbage disposal business was destroyed, but a replacement vehicle was prepared, as all the garbage bins in the city were full for a week.
“In general, there is no humanitarian catastrophe. But the price tags for the shops are quite high. The market, hospitals and pharmacies are working. We provide humanitarian aid,” said Marchenko.
Recall that in the Donetsk region a mandatory evacuation was announced.
