Russian troops fired 200 rounds in the Sumy region

The settlements of Esmanskaya, Glukhovskaya, Burinskaya, Shalyginskaya, Belopolskaya and Nikolaevskaya were under enemy fire.

On Saturday, August 6, Russian troops shelled the territories of six communities in the Sumy region. No one was killed. This was announced by the head of the region Dmitry Zhivitsky.

“During the day, the Russians shelled the territories of the communities of Esman, Glukhov, Burin, Shalygin, Belopol, Nikolaev. About 200 arrivals were recorded,” he wrote.

As indicated, the aggressors opened fire from small arms, artillery and mortar installations.

The extent of the destruction was established, Zyvitsky added.

Recall that the previous day, the Russian army shelled the Sumy region five times. One of the “arrivals” hit a civilian house, one person was injured.
