Yaroslav Kaczynski said Orban needed an ophthalmologist to see Bucha. After that, the receipts in Bucha were condemned in Budapest.
Polish Vice Prime Minister Jarosław Kaczynski said further cooperation with Hungary was impossible unless Prime Minister Viktor Orban changed his attitude to the war in Ukraine, Novinky reported.
Kaczynski said he was “really negative” about Orban’s refusal to condemn Russian leader Vladimir Putin for invading Ukraine and helping to arm Kyiv.
“Orban needs an ophthalmologist to see Bucha. Restoring relations is possible only after a change in the assessments of the war in Ukraine!” Kaczynski said.
However, he expressed some sympathy for Orban’s possible goals.
“I think what Orban is doing is connected to the hope that he will play some role in efforts to end the conflict. But I think it’s a dead end,” Kaczynski said.
Afterwards, Hungarian Prime Minister Bertalan Havasi’s spokesman said Orban condemned the Bucha massacre, Telex.hu reports.
According to him, Hungary fully supports the international investigation aimed at identifying the perpetrators of the bloodshed.
Recall, on the eve of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry called “unfriendly” the position of Hungary due to payment for gas in rubles and negotiations with the Russian Federation in Budapest.
