Belarus sent military to Russian exercises – media

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus reported that more than 250 Belarusian military personnel will participate in the Vostok-2022 exercises in Russia. It was written by the Belarusian agency BELTA.

It is reported that the exercises will be held in 13 training areas of the Eastern Military District of the Russian Federation from August 30 to September 5, they will be personally led by the Chief of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces, General of the Army Valery Gerasimov.

During the exercise, they plan to make use of groups of troops while ensuring military security in the Eastern Region.

It should be noted that the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine believes that the missile threat from Belarus will continue for another three months, and armed provocations on the border have not been ruled out.
