Security investigators informed them under two Articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

Adopting a proposal, commitment or acceptance of the unlawful benefit of an officer (part 3 of Article 368 of the UKU);

The barrier of the legitimate activities of the armed forces of Ukraine and other military units (part 1 of Article 114-1 UKU).
The attacks are in custody, they face up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.
