Russia has depleted its capabilities to increase the manufacture of weapons by renting new employees and overtime.
For the first time since the beginning of a full-scale Ukraine aggression, Russia began to reduce salaries in military-industrial military businesses complex. On Tuesday, September 23, the Center for Combating Disinformation told the National Security and Defense Council.
It is noted that the peak of the Russian Federation’s defense plants was recorded in 2022. The Russian government has then strictly increased the state’s defense order, which requires a set of new staff.
“However, now the possibilities of increasing the manufacture of weapons by renting new people and overtime jobs have been depleted. Despite all Kremlin’s efforts, ELPC businesses can no longer increase volumes,” the CPP records.
It is also emphasized that the Russian economic crisis affects military labor. The Russian state has no chance of pouring budget funds on all defense businesses, and accessing loans, without it difficult to expand production, is limited due to high rates.
The CPD noted that despite Rospropaga’s attempts to prove that the Russian economy could successfully grow in war and penalties, in fact, even the Kremlin businesses of the military -Istustrial Complex are already feeling problems.
The day before, it was also reported that the Russian Federation would try to solve the problem of lack of personnel due to migrants from labor from Nepal, Bangladesh and Vietnam.
