The delegations of Ukraine and the United States have agreed to buy American weapons and joint programs with drones. This was announced by National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umarov on Facebook on Tuesday, September 23.

“In focus – weapons and safety. We have discussed American weapons purchase agreements and joint programs with drones that will boost Ukrainian defense capabilities. A separate topic – Ukrainian security security and protection guarantees,” Umarov said.
He noted that cooperation with the United States was critical to strengthen the air defense in Ukrainian and weapons scalving.
“We thank the United States for President Donald Trump’s consistent support and effort, aimed at ending the war and protecting the lives of the Ukrainians,” the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council added.
