Russian drones attacked one of the objects of critical infrastructure in Chernigov. It was late at night on Monday, September 22, city military administration head Dmitry Bryzhinsky said.
“Inside the city, a UAV explosion was recorded,” Bryzhinsky wrote. He later added: “The second explosion recorded. The enemy attacked one of the objects of critical infrastructure.”
According to him, information on the consequences was defined, once no victims were attacked.
