Russian President Vladimir Putin can be replaced by doubles. This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov in the GUR story, published on Tuesday, August 2.
“They (doubles – ed.) have different habits, different attitudes, different walks, sometimes different heights, if you look closely,” said Budanov and gave examples of unique behavior of the Russian president in recent days.
According to the head of the GUR, Putin may have brain diseases – he allegedly survived several operations and may even suffer from some type of cancer. Therefore, the scout emphasizes, the twins’ version could be true.
“Collective Putin is the most correct word … Who now plays the role of conditional Putin is a completely open question,” Budanov stressed.
