According to the head of the memorandum of mutual understanding, tax benefits, the simplification of customs procedures and the mechanism of relaxation of production in safer regions will be in force within the framework of the city defense regime. The authorities also promise the expansion of state financial support and opportunities for export and integration into global networks.
