For money, he arranged an escape for some military personnel directly from the unit. He was assisted by two civilians who were responsible for calculating the financial and direct transportation of customers.
In one of the stages, the defendants arranged an escape to a soldier of one of the parts of the Kamensky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Officer’s accomplice assured the client that the escape would pass “without consequences”, and a full package of services would cost 14 thousand dollars.
Another participant in the scheme on September 9 came for soldiers in the unit and had already gone to Dnieper with him. In the city, the soldier moved the payment part to 7 thousand US dollars. He had to give the rest before leaving for Europe. “Service” also includes aid in illegal border crossing. In addition, the defendants ordered the soldier that after hitting overseas, he should contact the local police and register as a refugee.
Law enforcement officials prevented the criminal plan. The main person involved in repairing shoots is one of the DNIPROPETROVSK Regional Council deputy deputy to serve.
After this incident, the unit’s command removed him from his post and dropped him from the rank from the Lieutenant Colonel to the major.
