The Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization is said to have made a political motivation decision without conducting an independent scrutiny.
On Thursday, on Thursday, September 18, it filed an appeal to the UN International Court of the Council of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), which found Moscow, who was guilty of knocking on the MH17 flight in July 2014 in Donbass. It was reported in a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The foreign ministry accused the advice that “decision theses were driven under an initial conclusion, when the position of one side in the dispute was copied, and the other side arguments were completely rejected or distracted.”
In Moscow, they said the decision was politically motivated. The ICAO did not conduct a complete independent careful disaster investigation. Today the UN International Court of the UN International Court should make the case.
At the same time, the Foreign Ministry added that the reality of appealing the decision “in any way means the legitimacy or recognition of Russia’s side of any ICAO council works in this case.”
As reported, in May, the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) entrusted Russia responsible for the collapse of the MH17 flight aircraft aircraft in July 2014 in Donbass.
And the European Court of Human Rights found Russia guilty of a major interstate case, which combined complaints by the Ukraine and the Netherlands regarding many human rights violations during the war and after February 24, 2022 and regarding the fall of the MH17 flight.
