The law on security in the schools of Ukraine was approved by the Verkhovna Rada.
On Thursday, September 18, the Ukrainian parliament in the second reading and, as a rule, approved the draft Law No. 11543 on the introduction of security measures in general secondary educational institutions. 274 MPS vote for this document. This was reported to the web sake Vru.
The law provides that the head of general secondary education should carry out preventive measures among students in order to prevent their crimes.
The founder of the institution must organize a number of security measures, including:
- determine the rules for the stay of people in the territory and in the premises of the educational institution;
- attach the territory of the institution;
- Equip the institution with technical means of protection, in particular, urgent call systems of the police.
The law makes it mandatory to comply with the rules of people staying in the territory and in school premises. This ban refers to people intoxicated, people with dangerous objects and substances, as well as with people with animals (with the exception of those used in the educational or educational process).
It is forbidden to recruit schools:
- people with an outstanding and unexpected criminal record;
- guilty of sexual freedom and crimes with integrity;
- He graduated from bullying, violence in the family or inability to fulfill the care of children.
On September 18, we will recall that the Verkhovna Rada adopted as a whole the bill “for humanitarian aid”, which establishes the rules for the use and transfer of vehicles of humanitarian organizations imported to the humanitarian response.
