- Deputy Head of Intelligence – head of the department of the intelligence department of the headquarters of the 35 OA, lieutenant colonel Sergei Konoiko;
- Head of the Personnel Topographic Service 35 UA, Major Andrei Silin.
In addition, 200 cargo became officers who worked in units of engineering troops, radio communications, air defense, missile forces, artillery, as well as in the compositions that collect and process information. Five of the 18 dead could not be evacuated.
