In the region, Ternopil, the police detained a driver who called several road accidents and brought injuries to the police inspector.
The detainee was an employee of the Tax Code and SP in one of the regions of the region. This was reported by the Police of the Police of the Ternopil.
On Wednesday, September 17, during the monitoring of social networks, the police found a video in which the driver of the Skoda car fled from the patrol police, an accident occurred, the police said.
It is noted that:
- According to preliminary data, the patrolmen received information that the driver of the Skoda car, who was probably in a state of intoxication, moving from Zbaraz, could not stop;
- During the persecution, the driver created emergency situations for other road users and had an accident with service cars, as well as with a truck and Audi car.
The police detained the offender and sent him to the police department of Ternopil to find out the circumstances. According to the policy, he was a 31-year-old employee of TCC and JV in one of the regions of the region. -How it turned out, a few hours before the incident, this driver, being a drink, made two more road accidents.
The question of bringing him to administrative responsibility for:
- Art. 122 (exceeding the established speed restrictions, moving to the prohibited signal of traffic regulation and violation of other rules of movement) of the Code of Ukraine for administrative crimes.;
- Art. 124 (violation of the rules of movement that damaged vehicles) of the Code of Ukraine for administrative crimes;
- Art. 122–4 (leaving a place in the road accident) of the Code of Ukraine for Administrative Crimes.;
- Art. 130 (driving vehicles in a state of alcohol, narcotic or other intoxication) of the Code of Ukraine for Administrative Crimes.
The problem of detention of the driver in accordance with art. 208 of the CPC of Ukraine and the entry of information in the combined register of preliminary research in accordance with Art. 342 (resistance to law enforcement officers) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the police added.
