The State Bureau of Investigations opened a trial from the fall of ammunition from the Ukrainian fighter to the house of one of the villages in Volon.
This was announced today, September 12, the DBR press service reports.
In accordance with preliminary data:
- September 11, during the flight of a fighter, an unauthorized breakdown of ammunition, which fell into a private residential building;
- From the explosion, the building was completely destroyed. Fortunately, the house was empty, and there are no losses among local residents.
The DBR investigation group is located at the scene that conducts priority investigative actions, ”outlined DBR.
A preliminary study is carried out as part of the 2nd part of art. 416 of the Criminal Code (violation of flight rules or preparation for them).
We will recall that yesterday the media reported about the falling of fighter ammunition in the territory of the village of Kopilia in the Volno region.
