The British Prince Harry arrived in Kyiv on an undeclared visit to the Ukrainian government.

Invictus games (“Games of uncontrolled”) were founded by the prince in 2014 for wounded veterans. For the first time, Ukraine participated in them in 2017.
According to estimates, Ukraine already has at least 130,000 people with disabilities.
We cannot stop the war, but we can do our best to help the recovery process, ”Prince Harry said in a conversation with journalists by train.

The prince said that Olga Rudneva, the founder and general director of the Superluda Trauma Center, was invited to Kyiv, where he treated wounded patients with amputations. He visited the center in April, but accidentally met it a few months ago in the USA:
I stumbled upon Olga in New York. It was a random meeting, and I asked her how I could help. She replied: “You will have the greatest influence by arriving in Kyiv.” I had to consult my wife and the British government to make sure everything is in order. Then an official invitation was received.
There is no very noticeable war in Lviv. It is located far in the west. This is the first time we see the real destruction of the war, ”he added.
During the trip, the prince should visit the National Museum of Ukrainian History in World War II. It is expected that he will spend time with 200 veterans who were also invited. He must also meet with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko.
It is noted that the Invictus Games Fund expands its recovery programs at the expense of sports in order to ensure rehabilitation in addition to the main games, in particular, by providing sports equipment in Ukraine.
