Currently, the pure removal of Ukrainians corresponds to NBU forecasts, despite permission to travel for men aged 18-22 years.
Poland’s Border Service organizes an increase in the number of Ukrainian children coming from 18 to 22 years old, allowing travel abroad. RMF FM reported this on Thursday, September 11.
Thus, from August 28 to September 3, 6,100 men aged 18 to 22 years to the sub -carpathian governorship from Ukraine, and 2000 left for it. A week before, about 500 Ukrainian children rode Poland, and more than 650 were left.
According to the border guards, 4605 entered Lublin Voivodeship, according to border guards, and 1301 Ukrainian men aged 18 to 22 years left. A week before, 461 came from Ukraine to Poland, and 575 young Ukrainians were left.
The first deputy chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Sergey Nikolaychuk said the pure removal of Ukrainians abroad in 2025 at the moment was a little more than 100 thousand people, almost half of the NBU forecast of 200 thousand people.
“In our July forecast, we put an assumption about a clean removal abroad this year about 200 thousand Ukrainians. According to the latest data, it’s a little more than 100 thousand people. So at the moment we are under our own forecasts,” he said in a briefing.
The head of NBU Andrei Pyshny added that in the national bank they were strictly monitored by the impact of permission to leave men 18-22 years old, but to date it has been premature to assess the consequences of the macroeconomic of this decision.
Remember that by the end of August, the Ministers Cabinet changed the rules for crossing the state border with martial law, allowing men 18 to 22 to leave the country.
