An internal audit when receiving a detective for a position in 2024 did not reveal the facts of inaccurate expression.
The National Anti -Corruption Bureau will conduct an internal investigation against their employee who is suspected of declaring inaccurate information worth more than 4 million hryvnias. This was announced by the NABU president on Wednesday, September 10.
It is noted that in the second half of 2024, the NABU Internal Control Department reviews the personal, business and moral characteristics of the specified detective as a candidate for the position. The specified audit is carried out against the candidate and his family members, does not remember third parties and did not announce the facts of inaccurate expression.
Nabu said the official investigation was initiated with the facts that were placed in the SBU materials. In the case of confirmation of published information, the Bureau will apply administrative measures provided by internal procedures.
Separately noted that after the SBU and the State Bureau of Investigations of Searks and the removal of personal equipment from NABU employees, the NABU Internal Control Department has sent indicated bodies and the UVK’s Employees’ Employees and the UVK officials in the event of a UVK employees in the UVK’s illegal actions investigation.
So far, these bodies are officially unable to report NABU OVK about the declared facts related to the aforementioned detective and excluding UVK detectives in investigative groups.
According to Anti -Corruptions, SBU and the GBR will be asked for a specified detective which is a prevailing proposal in the form of a commitment and removal from the office. The case will be considered by the Kyiv Pechersk Court.
Remember that the SBU announced the deputy head of one of NABU’s detective units in inaccurate expression and secretion of real estate.
