Canada sent ACSV Super Bison Armored Personnel Carriers to Ukraine. The first eight armored vehicles have reached Poland, and their further transportation to Ukraine is planned in the near future. On Tuesday, September 9, the Ministry of Defense of Canada reported.
According to the report, by the end of 2025, Ukraine will receive all 50 promised equipment units announced two years ago.
This supply is part of a large -scale military support package, including weapons, ammunition, medical equipment and electronic war equipment. The National Defense Minister of Canada David McGinti confirmed that the equipment is already in Europe, emphasizing the desire to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities in war conditions.
The support package announced by Canada Prime Minister Mark Carney is estimated to be in billions -billions of dollars and covers different assistance directions:

Canadian 835 million dollars are allocated to armored vehicles, small arms, spare parts, medical remedies and ammunition;

680 million dollars under the purl program for the purchase of military equipment;

$ 100 million will go to buy ammunition at the Czech initiative;

Recently, President Vladimir Zelensky and Prime Minister of Canada Mark Carny signed an action plan to implement a security cooperation agreement between Ukraine and Canada.
