Tatiana Croup’s event on precautions – the former head of the regional MSEC Khmelnitsky – was changed from detention for a promise of $ 20 million.
The corresponding decision today, September 4, was approved by the investigating judge of the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court, the wax press service reports.
It was noted that this decision was partially provided by the investigating judge WACS, which was agreed by the Nabu detective, agreed by the SAP prosecutor to continue precautions for the former chapter of MSEC.
Bax notes that in accordance with part 3 of ART. 197, from the CCP, the aggregate period of detention of the suspect during a preliminary investigation should not exceed 12 months – in the criminal process against serious or especially serious crimes, VAKS emphasizes. – Currently, the suspect is in custody in the criminal process for 11 months.
The court also ordered the suspect to come for each request to the investigator, prosecutor’s office or court until November 4, including the following duties:
- Do not leave the borders of the city of Kkhmelnitsky without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court;
- to refrain from communication with employees of the regional center of medical and social expertise of the Khmelnitsky, in particular, by persons who applied for medical and social examination at the regional center of medical and social examination of Khmelnitsky;
- To notify the investigator, prosecutor or the court that they changed their place of residence;
- To submit to the authorized body its passport for a trip abroad, other documents that give the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, with the exception of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- Wear electronic control.
On October 5, 2024, DBR said that the head of MSEC in Khmelnitsky was discovered in search of $ 6 million in cash. On October 7, the Pechersky district court chose her preliminary measure of detention and was extended in December.
On March 20, 2025, WAKS continued the preventive measure of the crop in the form of detention for 60 days with the possibility of providing 230 million US dollars. Subsequently, the term grain was continued, and the number of collateral was reduced several times.
