The leader of Chechnya, in particular, ordered the use of Ukraine prisoners as a “living shield” on the roofs of Russian objects.
Ukraine’s security service in Abtentia expressed suspicion to the head of the Chechen Republic of the Russian Federation Ramzan Kadyrov in the reality of his involvement in the brutal treatment of Ukrainian prisoners of the war. This is known by the SBU Persons Service on Monday, September 1st.
Based on the case file, during the speech to Russian propagandists, the defendant said he ordered his “subordinates” that the Ukrainian military could not be captured, but to shoot them in the battlefield.
While the investigation was established, Kadyrov’s order was “addressed” by the commanders of the Chechen militant fighting the rank of Russian Federation work groups against Ukraine.
In addition, he ordered to send Ukrainian prisoners to be held to Chechnya, to the roofs of military facilities in Grozny.
Thus, Kadyrov suggested using farmers’ prisoners as a “live shield” against drone attacks from the side of the defense forces.
“Such statements by the defendant are a violation of the laws and customs of the war used in the armed conflicts in accordance with the Roman Criminal Court’s Roman law standards,” the SBU emphasized.
Kadyrov is now announced in Absentia suspicion of war crimes under part 1 of Art. 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Remember that Ramzan Kadyrov published on Telegram a video of how his minor children returned from Ukraine to Chechnya with three boys, who said they captured.
