The Facebook page of the Red Cross of Ukraine reports that the assistance point is installed in Kyiv, where victims, local residents, rescuers and special services can levy gadgets, drink water, tea or coffee.
More than 20 volunteers of the quick response of the Ukrainian Red Cross were involved in the elimination of the shelling of both the National Committee and the District Organization of Darnitan in Kyiv, the organization says.
