Kadyrov “lit up” in Mariupol: Andryushchenko expresses the purpose of arrival

The leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov came to the temporary conqueror of Mariupol. The purpose of his journey, according to the head of the Center for the Study of the Occupation of Pyotr Andryushchenko, was the illegal removal of metal from the local metallurgical plant, which said the leader of the So -called “DPR” Denis Pushilin.

As Andryushchenko mentioned, on August 26, Kadyrov, along with his team, visited the Mariupol metallurgical plant named Ilyich. However, the main reason for this visit is not connected to the military spirit of conquerors or support of the business economy. According to him, we are talking about theft – a criminal sale of regional resources. Prior to the journey to Mariupol Kadyrov and his entourage met with Pushilin in Donetsk. After this meeting, the latter signed a command that allowed the travel of scrap metal through the territory under its control.

This resolution has become a kind of concession, which, according to Andryushchenko, is a response to the conflict between Pushilin and Kadyrov’s environment. Earlier, in 2024, because of the conflict, Pushilin banned the removal of the metal, which actually struck Kadyrov’s business interests. Now permission has been restored, indicating the achievement of new agreements between the parties. According to Andryushchenko, Kadyrov agreed to support Pushilin in the Kremlin in the struggle against Sergei Kiriyenko, the first deputy head of the President of the Russian Federation.

Andryushchenko emphasizes that the work is clearly a colonial character: its main purpose is theft and income. He also published photos of Kadirovites and a document signed by Pushilin, which provides for a temporary permit for removal of ferrous metal from Donetsk’s conquered territories, Kherson Region, Zaporozhye and Crimea to September 25, 2025.

Russia’s military location was accidentally announced – in particular, the 96th life of the Russian guard located in the territory of the metallurgical plant. Russia’s security forces also displayed staff with the defense scheme of an industrial facility.

Ukrainian analysts note that the occupational leadership meeting area with the military has been -geolocalized in one of the administrative buildings near plant production workshops. Probably, there are Russian units located.

Earlier it was reported that the leader of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov had arranged more than 80 of his relatives in the leading posts in the structure of the Russian Federation in the region of the Russian Federation. Its purpose is an attempt to increase their formal political weight in the event of his death.

Remember that in early May, Kadyrov said he would ask Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to release him from the post of Chechnya leader.
