Vladimir Zelensky signed a command to Olga Stefanishina’s appointment with the Ukraine ambassador to the United States of America.
Olga Stefanishin was appointed Ukraine ambassador to the United States. This was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in handling at night.
“Formal methods have been completed – now I have signed an order to an ambassador’s appointment,” Zelensky said.
According to him, he referred to the main tasks to update the work of the Ukrainian Embassy in the United States and realized all agreements with President Donald Trump. First of all, we are talking about the sphere of defense.
“In many ways, Ukraine’s long -term security security depends on American relationships,” Zelensky said.
He recalled that two strong Ukrainian measures were discussed for the United States. It is an agreement with weapons for Ukraine and an agreement with modern drones for the United States. KYIV relies on the rapid development of Washington relationships.
Separately, Zelensky thanked the ex-email in the United States Oksana Markarov, who represents Ukraine in Washington in recent years since the beginning of an entire war.
“We’ve already talked about further contact, and I suggested Oksana Markarova and continued on the team -to work for the sake of Ukraine,” he said.
As you know, Olga Stefanishina in 2008 graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Kyiv National University named at Taras Shevchenko, who received the level of a master of international law and the qualifications of a translator from the English language. In 2016, he received a second higher education at Odessa National Economic University with a degree in finance and credit. Since 2007, he has begun working at the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, where he has held various positions, including the Director of the Department of International Law and the Department of European Integration. From 2017 to 2019, he led the European and Euro Government office -Atlantic Integration. In 2020, he was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of Europe’s Inclusion of Ukraine. From September 5, 2024 to July 17, 2025, he served as Deputy Prime Minister of European and Euro-Atlantic of Ukraine’s Ukraine justice.
