Fraud with food for the Ukrainian military was exposed by law enforcement agencies.
The director of one of the enterprises was caught that she organized a supply of low -quality oil for the needs of the National Guard of Ukraine. She entered into contracts for the supply of products to military units that did not meet the established standards. This was announced on August 25 by the State Bureau of Investigations.
It turned out that an official, to earn fake fake documents, guarantees for the quality of the product. The woman planned to put 250 tons of low -quality oil for tens of millions of hryvnia.
The heads have already reported suspicion in part 5 of art. 190 (fraud) and part 4 art. 358 (fake) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The court will soon choose her preventive measure. Officials threaten up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
DBR takes measures to compensate for the damage caused to the state and checks other facts of the proposal of low -quality products for the military, ”the bureau emphasized.
We recall that in July, DBR in Donetsk -Region caught a soldier who tried to sell weapons more than $ 1.7 million. This weapon was on the balance of his military unit in Donetsk.
