In the Kyiv region, as a result of an accident with firearms, a child was killed.
The tragedy occurred in the Borispale area. The press service of the police of the region of Kyiv reports.
It is noted that on August 23, at about 16:00, the applicant turned to the police, saying that they had found six years, which did not recognize the house with the wound.
Law enforcement officers previously found that a 7-year-old boy, along with a neighbor’s girl, played in the house where she lives. The minor picked up a hunting rifle belonging to his father, and shot in relation to the girl. The child died of injuries, ”said the police.
The boy’s father was detained by law enforcement agencies.
On this fact, a criminal proceedings in accordance with part 1 of art. 115 of the Criminal Code (murder). The boy’s father began a criminal case of the facts of malicious inability to fulfill the obligations to care for children and careless storage of firearms (Article 166 and Article 264 of the Criminal Code).
