The cabinet finally normalized the rules for using electronic queues in the territorial centers of personnel and social support (TCC and JV).
Minister of Defense of Ukraine Denis Schmigal announced this on August 20 in his Telegram channel on August 20.
The electronic queue since May 2024 worked in test mode. Now it becomes a constant important service, which can be used by military servicemen, military personnel and their relatives, the minister emphasized.
It is expected that electronic queues will help to remove the “live” queues in accordance with CCC, digit processes, increase safety and significantly accelerate the procedures for the adoption of citizens.
At the same time, we are working on the transfer of as many services as possible and the formation of the ecosystem of the electronic shopping center, which will work on the Internet, ”he added.
