Among the main points that are proposed to increase expenses, it is planned to allocate 25.5 billion agreements in the amount of 25.5 billion agreements on replenishing the state budget reserve (unpredictable military and humanitarian expenses), of which 8 billion UAH can be aimed at supporting UKRZALIZNYTSIA.
Additional UAH 4.3 billion is provided by the Ministry of Defense, from which:
- UAH 1.4 billion – a new program of the Ministry of Defense for the purchase of special equipment, drones and equipment for combat tests;
- UAH 2.8 billion – grants for the development of production in the field of defense technologies;
- 4.6 billion UAH – food for primary school students in all regions and 5-11 grades in the front line;
- UAH 3.2 billion – the purchase of drugs for patients with patients with cancer, viral hepatitis, rare diseases of orphans, hemophilia, etc.;
- 1.5 billion UAH – subsidy for local budgets for creating a network of military lyceums that provide patriotic education of children;
- UAH 1.2 billion – support of war veterans and their families (payment of financial assistance and compensation for insurance policies (Autocyvilka).
Separate solutions to support internally displaced persons:
- UAH 1 billion was redistributed for the construction of new housing or reconstruction of the IDP residence;
- It is also possible to use local authorities of independent bodies free from balance in the accounts for housing or loans for housing for IDP.
These additional expenses were balanced by reducing other corrupt expenses for 36.7 billion jurisdictions (of which 33.6 billion of contractions are reducing public debt service), as well as the reprimand of the transfer of part of the city income tax from the city budget to the general state budget fund (UAH 8 billion), ”said the substrate.
