The European Union “has no information” about who exactly invaded the pumping station of Friendship Oil Pipeline in Russia.
Attacking Ukrainian drones in the oil pipeline does not affect the supply of oil to Hungary and Slovakia in any way. There is no threat to European Union’s energy security, despite Budapest’s complaints. This was said by a representative of the European Commission (EC) Eva Grnchirzhova.
Despite Hungary’s complaints about the alleged “stop of oil supplies”, the European Commission believes this is not true.
Additionally – in the EU they have no information about who exactly attacked the oil station -Pumping of the friendship of the oil pipeline in Russia.
“We keep contacts with the Hungarian and Slovak authorities, and, importantly, the suspension does not affect the safety of the supplies, which is always a priority for the European Commission,” said the EC representative.
Remember that Hungary Peter’s foreign minister said Budapest about Ukraine’s attack on Russia as an “attack on his sovereignty,” because oil supplies stopped because of it.
