After the end of the war, Ukraine has the right to terminate security agreements not only in countries in the United States and Europe. State Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this in an interview with Fox News.
According to him, any sovereign country in the world has the right to enter into defense unions in other countries. And it applies not only to NATO – the United States has such a relationship with South Korea and Japan, individual countries also end with such an alliance with each other.
“And therefore, everyone recognizes, even in the first time, Russia’s side is under pressure or President Trump’s suggestion – that in fact, Ukraine has the right to end security agreements with other countries,” Rubio said.
