Russian war criminals do not disdain even the shelling of cemeteries in Ukraine.
So, on July 31, the invaders attacked the village of Miropolye. From 5:30 a.m., fire was fired at residential areas of the settlement. They also fired at the local cemetery, over 10 graves were completely smashed. The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmitry Zhivitsky announced this on Facebook.
At least five households received major damage – windows were broken, roofs and fences were damaged. Also broken garages and appliances. Several houses are pierced through with debris from enemy shells: walls, doors, heating systems are pierced.
Also, as a result of shelling, a local farmer’s hayloft completely burned down, where everything was prepared for the winter for animals. The aggressor aimed there intentionally.
In addition, power lines along several streets were damaged, and power pylons were overthrown. Emergency services are working on the spot, interruptions in mobile communications are also promised to be eliminated soon.
Recall that on July 29, 11 mines detonated in the Velikopisarevskaya community of the Akhtyrsky district when they were hit by a truck. The driver died on the spot. A passenger and a driver of a car, who was driving on the opposite lane of the road during the explosion, were injured. And in the field, a combine exploded on a mini, two farmers were injured as a result of the explosion.
